  • “Guest”<\/strong>: Any person making a booking or staying at the hotel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • “Booking”<\/strong>: Reservation for accommodation and\/or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Reservations & Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    2.1 Booking Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Valid ID\/passport required for all guests<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Credit card guarantee needed for reservations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Special requests (e.g., accessible rooms) subject to availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Smoking only in designated areas (Ksh 5,000 cleaning fee for violations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Illegal activities prohibited (will result in immediate eviction)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            3.2 Property Damage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            • Guests liable for willful\/negligent damage to rooms or property<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Replacement cost for missing items (e.g., towels, electronics) charged to room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  4.2 Children & Extra Beds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  • Children under 12 stay free with existing bedding<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Extra beds: Ksh 1,500\/night (max 1 per room)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    4.3 Pets<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                    • Small pets allowed (<15kg) with prior notice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Ksh 2,000\/night pet fee (excludes guide dogs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      5. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      • The hotel is not responsible for:
                        \u2713 Travel delays\/cancellations
                        \u2713 Theft\/loss of unattended valuables
                        \u2713 Mechanical failures (elevators, AC, etc.) during repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        6. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
